Industrial sites suffer extreme temperatures and heavy electromagnetic interference. Conventional switches struggle to balance easy maintenance and rugged performance.
Developed independently by E-link, the LNK-AIMC204GM mini industrial AI smart managed fiber Ethernet switch merges merits of managed and unmanaged switches, delivering highly-reliable fiber-Ethernet access for industrial edge networks.
LNK-AIMC204GM is equipped with four 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports plus two SFP fiber ports supporting up to 2.5G rate. It features compact aluminum housing for DIN-rail mounting.
Powered by self-developed intelligent firmware and built-in LED digital display, it enables full-status monitoring locally and remotely without extra diagnostic tools.
This LNK-AIMC204GM adopts store-and-forward mechanism for Ethernet packet processing. DIP switches activate VLAN isolation or 2.5G SFP mode. The unit continuously samples voltage, current, internal temperature and SFP DDM optical metrics.
Real-time data appears on the on-board LED panel and syncs to Android APP and web UI. Under redundancy mode, it automatically reroutes traffic to standby port upon link failure for self-recovery. It also supports fiber-port alarm and scheduled device reboot for automated O&M.
This hardware greatly simplifies industrial network troubleshooting by exposing device health status without specialized instruments. It reaches IP40 rating with 6KV surge protection on every port, operating from -40℃ to +75℃. Dual redundant power input ensures 24×7 uptime.
Complete SFP DDM diagnosis, customizable optical-power alarm thresholds, one-click VLAN isolation and scheduled reboot are supported. Non-blocking 20Gbps switching capacity handles heavy industrial traffic, balancing footprint, throughput and rugged resilience.
It serves multi-device interconnection for smart manufacturing lines, surveillance communication for power & new-energy clusters, video signal transmission for rail transit and tunnel projects, field-site communication for oil-gas & mining facilities.
It also fits smart city infrastructure, autonomous driving, humanoid robots, AI edge computing, metallurgy and chemical plants for distributed industrial fiber-Ethernet access.
Combining intelligent diagnostics, compact dimension and industrial-grade robustness, LNK-AIMC204GM solves poor visibility drawbacks of classic industrial switches, acting as a practical option for edge-network deployment in demanding industrial environments.
