LNK-INJ301-M12 is an EN50155-certified single-port Gigabit Industrial PoE Injector. It supports the IEEE 802.3af/at standard and uses the M12 interface. It has a 12–48V wide-voltage DC input and the maximum output of a single port is 30W. It can simultaneously transmit data and power, and is suitable for scenarios where non-PoE switches in industrial sites supply power to PoE terminals, meeting the high-reliability power supply requirements in environments with strong vibrations and wide temperature ranges.

Working Principle

This Industrial PoE Injector is connected to a 12–48V power supply through the DC input terminal. It performs voltage conversion and intelligent detection internally and only starts supplying power after identifying a valid PoE power receiving device signature, thus avoiding damage to non-PoE devices. Data and power are output synchronously through the M12 interface.

It supports 10/100/1000Base-TX adaptive full/half-duplex transmission and has surge and ESD protection to ensure stable operation under electromagnetic interference and voltage fluctuations.

Installation and Usage Steps

• Equipment Fixation: Select the standard guide rail or wall-mounted bracket, and securely install it in the control cabinet or equipment compartment to ensure proper heat dissipation and shock resistance.
• Power Connection: Use the 4-pin M12A-coding connector. Connect the + terminal to the 1st pin, the – terminal to the 3rd pin, and the GND terminal to the 2nd or 4th pin. Connect to a 12–48V DC power supply.
• Network Connection: Connect the uplink to the switch, and the downlink to IP cameras, APs, etc. using the 8-pin M12A-coding (X-coding is optional). Connect according to the pin definitions.
• Power On Check: A constantly lit power indicator indicates normal power supply. A PoE indicator light on means the detection is successful and power supply has begun.
