Product Definition

LNK-IPE104-30 is an industrial 1-in-4-out Gigabit PoE extender. One port supports IEEE 802.3at PoE+ input, and four ports support af/at output. It does not require an external power supply. It can extend the standard 100-meter transmission distance to 200 meters. When cascaded with three units, it can reach 400 meters. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments.

Working Principle

The device receives 30W upstream power supply from the PoE PD port and converts it internally into 4 PoE PSE outputs. The total power is up to 25.5W. It adopts the store-and-forward mechanism to ensure gigabit line speed, complete data relay and power distribution, and achieve double the transmission distance and multi-fold expansion of power.

Installation and Usage Steps

• Connect the upstream PoE switch/power supply to the PoE input port of the device using Category 5e/6 cable.
• Connect the power-receiving devices such as IP cameras, wireless APs, and industrial sensors to the 4 PoE output ports.
• Confirm that the link and power indicator lights are normal. The device will automatically identify the PD and start power supply.
• Install using DIN rail or wall mounting, fix it on the cabinet or wall to ensure good ventilation.
