2025 Campus Recruitment New Employee Training Concludes Successfully, Marking a New Professional Beginning

The intensive onboarding training for 2025 campus recruitment hires was successfully completed after ten full days (July 1–10) of structured learning and development. The program provided a compact yet substantial foundation, serving as both a platform for systematic learning and a starting point for role transition, equipping new graduates with essential skills as they embark on their professional journeys.

During the professional skills training modules, seasoned experts and key personnel from various departments delivered practical instruction based on real-world cases. They explained specialized knowledge and hands-on techniques in an accessible manner, helping new employees quickly grasp core job requirements. The curriculum balanced industry insights with process walkthroughs, covering everything from foundational theories to practical operations—laying a solid groundwork for a confident career start.

The training program was comprehensive in scope, encompassing corporate culture and policies, professional development, and job-specific competencies.
