The audit covered key business areas including product R&D, production operations, supply chain management, customer service, and human resources.

The auditor provided highly positive feedback on the overall performance of our QMS and specifically highlighted the following strengths:

• Robust Process Control: Key business processes are well managed, with appropriate risk identification and preventive measures in place. On-site operations are standardized and orderly.
